A delegation from UK, a leading provider of security cameras and smart surveillance solutions, visited WAIZIDA's EV charger R&D and production facility.

The visit focused on understanding our manufacturing capabilities, quality control systems, and potential synergies between intelligent camera technology and smart EV charging stations.

Accompanied by our production team, the client toured key areas of our facility:

• SMT & PCB Assembly – demonstrating the precision and reliability behind our charger control boards

• Final Assembly Line – a complete walk through from components to finished AC/DC chargers

• Burn-In & Waterproof Testing Lab – where every charger undergoes rigorous [72 hour aging / IP54 / IP65] testing

• Integrated Advertising Screen Display – the client experienced our built-in digital advertising screen solution, which allows charging stations to display promotional content, real-time pricing, or public service announcements, creating an additional revenue stream for site operators.

• R&D & Custom Development Center – our engineering team presented ongoing work on firmware customization, smart scheduling, and API integrations, demonstrating our ability to adapt chargers to different back-end platforms, payment systems, and local grid requirements.

The client showed strong interest in our scalable production capacity and consistent quality standards.

During the business session, both sides discussed potential integration opportunities, including:

Smart Charging & Camera Integration

Parking occupancy detection – using cameras to identify EV vs. non-EV vehicles at charging bays

Site security monitoring – combining surveillance cameras with charging infrastructure to enhance overall site safety

Core Security Camera Business

Upgrading existing surveillance networks – deploying higher-resolution cameras at charging sites to improve scene coverage and incident recording capabilities

Remote monitoring platform integration – connecting charger status alerts with the client’s existing security command centers for centralized management

This factory visit has laid a solid foundation for potential future collaboration between the two companies. Moving forward, both parties will continue discussions on three key areas: collaboration models for their respective core businesses, joint development and integration of new products, and the launch of pilot projects in selected markets.
