How on-site training, hands-on installation, and real problem-solving built trust across Italy.
Italy has always been a market that values quality, design, and personal relationships. But when it comes to EV charging equipment, trust isn't built with brochures or Zoom calls. It's built on the ground — with a handshake, a toolkit, and a shared goal.
This month, our technical team flew to Italy for three weeks long engagement. The mission was simple: visit our Milan partner, strengthen the relationship, train their team, and solve installation challenges.
Our first stop was Milan, a city rapidly transforming its urban infrastructure for electric mobility. We met with the technical and sales leadership of our long-term distributor.
The conversation went beyond pricing and delivery terms. We sat down to discuss their roadmap for 2026 — which included expanding from residential Wallbox EV charger solutions into light commercial fleets. They needed a partner who could provide not just hardware, but application engineering support.
On Installation Training
We gathered their technical team at a live site — We walked through the complete installation process for a Wallbox EV charger:
Step 1 – Site Assessment
l Verify grounding integrity
l Assess thermal environment
Step 2 – Mounting
l Proper anchor selection for brick vs. concrete walls
l Weather sealing for outdoor AC charging stations
Step 3 – Wiring & Protection
Correct cable gauge selection
Installing Type A + 6mA DC residual current protection (critical for European compliance
Torque specifications — no loose connections
Step 4 – Commissioning
l Power-up sequence
l Wi-Fi/4G connectivity verification
By the end of the day, their lead technician installed his wall box-Model A. That's when you know the training worked.
Conclusion: Why We Travel
This trip to Italy wasn't about signing contracts in a boardroom. It was about:
Training local technicians to install Wallbox EV chargers and AC charging stations with confidence
Solving real problems — Building a partnership.
Whether you need Level 2 AC chargers for a hotel, DC charging stations for a fleet depot, or any other EV charging equipment for your European project. Pls noted that our team(Including the Italian representative) will try the best to support you to set up your parking lot.
