With over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry, WAIZIDA has built strong capabilities in product development, mass production, quality control, and international export. WAIZIDA operates its own manufacturing facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, ensuring full control over production, quality, and delivery schedules. The factory is ISO 9001 certified and has passed SGS audits, reflecting our strict compliance with international quality management standards.

Our production site is equipped with standardized workshops and advanced automated equipment, covering SMT, assembly, functional testing, aging tests, and final inspection. This enables us to maintain high production efficiency, consistent quality, and reliable scalability.

In terms of manufacturing capability, WAIZIDA supports both large-volume mass production and flexible OEM / ODM customization. From concept design and engineering development to tooling, production, and delivery, we provide one-stop solutions tailored to customers’ technical and market requirements.

Quality is managed through a complete end-to-end quality control system, including:

Incoming material inspection (IQC)
In-process quality control (IPQC)
Finished product inspection (FQC)
Outgoing quality control (OQC)
