1. Registration/ Login
● Download “Tuya Smart Inc.” APP.
● Click “Quick Login” or “Log in with Password” to register.
2. Add Device
● Connect the EV charger to the power supply.
● Enable Bluetooth and WiFi permission on your phone, then open the Tuya app, click “ Add Device” on the home page.
● Please wait for about 3s to 60s to search for nearby devices. Make sure your device has entered pairing mode.
3. Connect the charging pile
● Connect charging pile and configure network.
● Please wait until the device connection is completed.
● After device is successfully connected, the APP can be use.
● If the APP cannot search for the device, please reconnect the EV charger power and try again.
4. Start charging
● Click the device.
● In the charging page, you can see information such as charging pile status, charging mode and more.
The page displays options such as:
● Records: User can view charging records on this page (including daily, monthly charging details).
● Setting: This page display charging current, alarm setting, current ttemperature, positive total active power, device number and version number.
5. Personal Page
● Enter the personal page, user can set a nickname and avatar.
● In this page, users can choose other services (XIAODU, TENCENT XIAOWEI, DINGDONG) and features (Home Management, Message Center, FAQ & Feedback, HomeKit Information).
6. Parameter settings
● Click on the upper right corner to enter the management page, user can set device name and choose other services (Share Device, Create Group, FAQ & Feedback etc.) or remove device.
